ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services Ranked 6th On “Best Places To Work in 2012” List
Ranking Is ICC’s Third Appearance On The “Best Places To Work” List

Woodbury, MN – ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services, one the Twin Cities’ and western Wisconsin’s leading restoration and remodeling companies, was ranked #6 out of 30 companies as one of the “Best Places to Work for 2012” in Minnesota by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. This year’s “Best Places To Work” award is ICC’s third time appearing on the list in the “small business” category.

The rankings were announced during a luncheon hosted by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal at the Hilton Minneapolis Hotel. ICC President Tom Laska accepted the award along with key members of the ICC team. To be selected for this award, ICC’s employees provided feedback via anonymous surveys on topics such as work environment, people practices and how things work day-to-day in their company.

The business of property restoration is a 24 hour/7days a week/365 days a year job where disaster can strike at any time, ranging anywhere from water-flooded basements due to a broken water heater to larger catastrophes like tornado damage destroying multiple homes. Because of this, ICC employees are constantly on the go, and they are no stranger to putting their own lives on hold to help others in their times of need.

Because of this, Tom Laska, President of ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services, believes that it’s even more important to create a positive, rewarding and synergistic workplace for his employees to keep motivation and morale up.
