Founded in June of 2016 by Larado and Jennifer Bulkley the owners of ACS Facility Services.
Both
individuals have personal stories regarding the need for solving hunger concerns in the
communities in which they both live and do business. The deep desire to help solve these
concerns and be able to contribute on a larger scale, sustaining a bigger impact - gave birth to the
idea of partnering with their clients to collect donations. The goal then became to feed greater than 1 million families.

Since 2016 the program has had a great response from the founder's business Client's, however, the
owners soon realized the program needed more participants in order for it to reach its goal of feeding
greater than 1 million families. Since the global shutdown of 2020-2021 caused by the COVID-19 pandemic,
the program has struggled to get its barrels back out into the businesses. So, this year it began reaching
out beyond just its business client's facilities and straight into the local business community. Larado
Bulkley, CEO has been working on creating CLEANING UP HUNGER as a global foundation and is
expanding it into his personal network of fellow entrepreneurs and business affiliates from around the
world who qualify for partnering. He's just landed his first National Network Partner
