If my contract update is approved, I will have an additional 6000 sq. ft. of terrazzo in an airport lobby to mop and clean each day. It is all open space. Do you recommend manpower or a 20” auto-scrubber?

Use the auto-scrubber; nothing fancy or expensive is needed, but the auto-scrubber will be faster and do a better job.
Using diamond impregnated pads would allow you to maintain a shine without the use of finish or burnishing, making the process less costly and more sustainable/green.
